Salsa Clasica Recipe

Salsa Clásica is, as the name implies, the classic way to make chimichurri. It's an easy sauce that goes so well with so many things (classically, steak). But listen to this - you don't even need to go to the effort of combining it with oil and vinegar. Gimme Chimmi does get even simpler!


Gimme Chimmi is flavorful and wonderful and easy as can be as a dry sprinkle.


Try it on a fried egg sandwich with avocado:


Like oregano, garlic, or red pepper flakes on your pizza? Use Gimme Chimmi as a pizza sprinkle to pep up your slice!

Your fast-track to sensational flavor!

What you need....

  • 6 tablespoons GIMME CHIMMI

  • 3.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  • 2/3 cup olive oil

This is how you do it....

It couldn't be easier. Simply combine spices, vinegar, and olive oil in your vessel of choice. Perhaps that vessel is a heart-shaped dish....


And now . . . it's ready when you are! Use as a topping for roasted veggies or steak; present it as an upgraded oil for bread-dipping; or just store it in the fridge to await your next kitchen creation! It will keep for up to a month...but you will use it before the month is up!
